Terrible management from top down on certain teams, especially if you're on one of these teams (settlements, risk/credit, accounting, procurement), tons of overturn. What this means is you get people promoted into management roles not because they're qualified but because they might be the only option so they leverage that. This results in terrible leadership from top to bottom. What this means for employees under those managers is having to deal with absolute unprofessionalism, anger issues, retaliation. And HR is useless if you bring this to their attention. The company has a positive work environment policy but when it comes to inforcing this policy, it may as well be written on toilet paper. This is a good place if you want to waste a few years.
