Pros
The employees here are friendly Pays well for a student position compared to other companies or the government in the area. I have had the opportunity to take on challenges and to take on responsibility as I demonstrated good work. The building is nice - they have a gym and schedule fitness activities for employees like boot-camp and yoga.
Cons
Being able to work remotely or to be able to enhance my knowledge by attending conferences / events/ presentations would be ideal but not something I would expect...there are not really any real cons that I can think of in my position.
