I always had a main point of contact and she consistently kept me up to date on the process and next steps. I received copies of all the HR policies and my first week schedule well in advance of my first day so I really felt prepared. The cherry on top was the super endearing welcome video I got from my team! You can tell from day 1 that Brookfield values their employees and provides them with the tools to be successful.
