Brookfield Renewable is a dynamic and socially responsible entreprise active in renewable energy. Its exactly the right mix between a profit-generating corporation and a good-citizen participating in building a more sustainable future. Employees are proud to work for a company that contributes to a greener future, while feeling secure in their employment knowing that the organization generates profit. The organization is very dynamic, with a median age lower than at most corporations or public-sector employment. There is ample opportunity to grow within the organization, vertically or horizontally, with the possibility of moving to one of the many offices in North America and abroad. The work load is constant, with never a dull-moment, but work/life balance is well-maintained with HR and managers who understand and facilitate solutions. Beyond the business, Brookfield is also very active in its community and employees are encouraged to participate. Notably, employees can join the fund-raising efforts of the 24h of Tremblant: mixing a weekend of team-building/skiing/running with the actual benefit of raising money for local charities.
