Cons
- Very face paced environment, very little time to adjust to new ways of working (zero to very little warning is provided) - Long hours required work due to amount of work. Long hours and hard work are not valued and always expected. - Overworked and ignored; where most managers take credit for their employees work and accomplishments. - Very little consideration for work/life balance. - A LOT of favoritism in the company (little chance to move up if you are not one of the ‘favorites’) - Too much nepotism - Did not receive any consideration/ time from HR, even though the rest of my team was able to meet with the Director to speak about the first few months of work and their potential career developments - Very poor and unorganized IT system.
