Pros
Great culture and awesome team make Brookfield an exciting place to work! What I enjoy most about our team is the seemingly unlimited opportunity for growth and learning - there are constantly new challenges/opportunities that push you to work outside your comfort zone. People feel empowered to take real ownership of their work, which is necessary in a high performing culture like Brookfield's.
Cons
I don't have much to say in terms of cons, but realize that the experience could be team dependent. I've been lucky to have a strong leader that communicates openly, but transparency and communication is something that could be worked on from a broader organizational perspective.
