ACL is an exciting environment with the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances. The business is purely focused on their client base and solving the issues faced by each customer. Everyday is a an opportunity to learn something new. The business tools are all new and state of the art.
Cons
The customer comes first. Customer service is paramount to every business activity with the Directors priding themselves on customer retention. As a result, not many activities are aimed at attracting new customers.
