Pros
-- You wear many hats so you learn -- Some projects can be very interesting if you are lucky in the right team -- Big company recognized in the energy industry
Cons
-- Very low pay given how much responsibility you take and no difference even you have a masters degree from the best universities because all the young talents there are from the top. -- no career development especially if you are a woman. -- no internal data engineers/ developers, no centralized databases and standardized solutions to solve common issues. Extremely difficult to maintain workflows since analysts are doing everything with very crappy tech stacks. Extremely poor data quality control and management since no one cares about that. -- Culture is toxic. Some people are not respectful to their colleagues. Everyone is required to work from the office no matter what since early this year with very strict dress code even though no clients on the floor.
