Poor work-life balance - Analyst Brookfield Renewable Employee Review

The work-life balance at this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Days are filled with excessive work peaks and repetitive tasks. Additionally, policies like the dress code feel outdated, and the social environment is quite poor, even though the people are nice. This place is only recommended if you prioritize money over your well-being and don’t mind working under constant overload while eating at your desk.
