Brookhaven Lab's leadership highly values employee input, including feedback from formal surveys, and is committed to making the Lab an even better workplace. In 2021, the Lab invested in a new dedicated role of Organizational Change Management Specialist to focus on the Lab culture and support change initiatives. A new employee experience governance structure has been established to provide employee input and guidance on activities in the workplace. In addition, a new employee experience website has been created to capture information on activities underway to enhance the experience of Brookhaven Lab employees. Lab leadership is committed to building and enhancing the Lab community in support of its employees and mission.
