Many old people with stereotype thinking....black hole.....don't consider any appreciation of work.....old people behave like king of the team....less salary......need to praise the team leader to get considered.......worst working environment......don't even think to apply......you will get hired in the black hole where you will not know when and where the hole has end......HR is just puppet of these old people.....worked with them for 4 years
