Pros
Some departments are good, but some are really bad to work. You will have more time to search for another job and prepare for it.
Cons
Very slow, too much bureaucracy and politics, higher management is blind, too much power to managers, HR is puppet. They can't even manage their cafeteria. Very bad management. My advice search for another place
