Job recognition is non-existant.Budget cuts make supplies and new materials evaporate. Lack of communication from upper management leads to a completely non-professional atmosphere. This is a poorly run library, lacking in any management leadership, with a revolving door every so often for management and staff. The most egregious factor is serving a public that is kept ill-informed, especially in neighborhood branches and with most electronic resources. It is saddening to say that this library is dying a slow, painful death. But hey! just drink some administrative Kool-Aid, it won't seem that bad!
