Pros
Friendly co-workers and plenty of opportunities to get involved or lead various projects. Manufacturing is on-site so “can see” the product and work closely with other cross-functional team members. ITW is a great parent company.
Cons
Too many projects with not enough resources and senior management prioritization & support. The strongest workers seem to just get “rewarded”with more work.
