Pros
Comparison to a lot of other companies in East Texas, Brookshire Grocery may be one of the better ones to work and advance through. Like any other company, there will be difficult people to work with, but for the most part, people in the store level are very friendly. There are components in the corporate sector that actually do care about the community and the workers on the lower end.
Cons
Bring in more diversity in corporate level. More of the old style of who you know, not what you know to get in the corporate side.
