Business Outlook
Pros
Some talented individual contributors who genuinely want to do good work Opportunities to learn what not to do in supply chain/operations leadership If you like indecision and constant change, you’ll get plenty of it
Cons
If your comfortable "doing as you are told" from the top-down direction with limited room to influence decisions, you may do fine . Meetings are usually predetermined. Experience is discounted in favor of "certificates" - limited real-world experience, confidence unbacked by competence and "call in the consultants." If you want to work in a disciplined environment where leadership respects and uses expertise, data, and structured problem solving, this likely won't be a fit.
