Everything that was good about working here is long gone!!

Cons

No longer care about their long time loyal customer's nor employees. Full of unskilled managers and directors, all politically driven by their brown nose subordinates. Cliquey office politics outshine any actual accomplishments or skills. Constant hirings and firings in a perpetual revolving door. If office politics are your thing, and you know how to act and pretend that you know everything, while brown nosing your managers and directors... then this is a good place for you. Those who are experienced, honest, ethical and loyal individuals... and do ACTUAL work, look elsewhere.

Great benefits, products, and people. Nice flexibility with generous vacation days, flexible Fridays. Stability is reassuring in the current business environment.

It's not a safe community to work at if you are a women. I was told to send pictures of my outfits to my boss before going to events. I also had my boss brag to me that a prostitute was trying to pick him in which he told several coworkers. There is so much excessive drinking at this company. I've worked in this industry for 15 years and I've never seen a company allow so many inappropriate behaviors. The highest level of HR would rather party than protect women especially when women have been complained about being touched by someone inappropriate and then they get in trouble.
