Pros

They have super flexible hours which is great for students. You can work a minimum of two days a week. The customers are generally very friendly and they're a way to learn more about the community. They are closed on Sundays which is a huge benefit for the Mormon community.

Cons

The pay isn't that great, but it's doable for college students. You have to have a lot of availability if you want a lot of hours. It is really hard to get full time as a cashier.

The benefits are decent, and its convenient to work in a grocery store.

Cons

Your workload is next to impossible, your budget restraints are next to impossible, and the corporate office has no tact, nor ability to see things from a human element. They see numbers and spreadsheets.
