Pros
Love my coworkers, lots of people truly trying to make an effort/change, great for entry level/short term work
Cons
If you do work at Broulim’s I heavily advise against moving up the ladder. The closer you get to corporate and the owners worse your job will be. Owners have no regard for work life balance calling store directors, office staff and other employees when they are off or on vacation. Visits and conversations with the owners are often stressful and they become belligerent very quickly. They have been known to cuss, degrade, and insult their loyal long term staff. They also have no regard for their own company values and mission. The company has several locations where store directors, corporate, and top management are quitting, considering quitting, really want to quit, or are just completely burnt out and miserable. There is no light at the end of the tunnel, if anyone is able to actually retire from the company the should be given a National award because it’s nearly impossible with how the grind people into the ground. Sad to see so much potential and motivation wasted the moment Robert or Richard step foot in a store
