Pros

Clean, Organized, friendly people. Understanding Management. The store did a good job providing the towns folk a good variety of products.

Cons

I feel that the senior management was not forthcoming about opportunities within the company. They mostly just wanted to higher students that could come and go with little pay.

The benefits are decent, and its convenient to work in a grocery store.

Your workload is next to impossible, your budget restraints are next to impossible, and the corporate office has no tact, nor ability to see things from a human element. They see numbers and spreadsheets.
