When determining pay, Brown Edwards evaluates our market and industry trends and also factors in the quality and performance of our staff. Brown Edwards has an open door policy and we encourage our employees to have conversations with their Area Coordinator if they have concerns about compensation or staffing. Brown Edwards continuously invests in our employees by providing training and development programs, opportunities for continuing education as well as the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements throughout the year. We are excited to implement a new coaching program that is scheduled to launch this year that will integrate mentorship, career goal-setting and continuous feedback on engagements throughout the year.
