Pros
-Housing and meal plan included in position -Opportunity to have overtime (lot's of it, depending on who your manager is, size of students, etc). -This position can be highly variable, but you at the least, you can get away with doing the bare minimum and getting compensated fairly well
Cons
-Job difficulty varies depending on a lot of factors, including your manager, the students you receive, etc. -Lot's of bureaucratic management; they recently revamped their payment system such that they don't guarantee a minimum weekly pay (this changed a couple years back), feels very evident that admin is trying to nickel and dime the workers, which you have to fight for -They don't allow you to leave your residential hall at night (even though you're not getting payed for these hours).
