Management has been a constant problem for greater than 10 years. The overturn is continuous. Most of the management hired has no physical or clinical experience in actually “working” in this ED. Management seems to be more focused on enforcing employee rules, unrelated “clinical” policies, but rather basic trivial employee policies, focus on irrelevant issues rather than assisting staff when Help is need, acuity becomes higher, or when there are short staffing issues, which is a constant and continuous problem!
