Entrenched middle management that only pays lip service to employee concerns; managers have no training and poor skills; micromanage employees; you are just a drone with little or no opportunity for training or advancement. A paranoid work environment with no trust of employees. Managers and directors will quickly throw employees “under the bus.” There is no middle management turnover but a huge employee turnover. The company can’t fill analyst jobs fast enough due to turnover which further impacts employee workloads.
