Business Outlook
Pros
The people within the organization are pretty easy going and don't mind assisting others. The executive team has transitioned to a younger staff and more relatable. They are working hard to change the image of Brunswick to attack and retain talented people. It's encouraging to see more women being promoted to the executive level.
Cons
The divisions within Brunswick are segregated units. They do not collaborate/share knowledge nor resources. Time and money could be saved if there was more collaboration. Brunwick could also work harder at diversifying. There seem to be certain departments which are very good at promoting individuals on their team and other departments do not.
