They fail to communicate. Hire you and posted 3 times. Get a call when ready to leave for work and they lie and say the client wants the same person on all shifts. Say all is OK and are looking foe a new post. Call them, promise to call back but they never do. The client was surprised because they told me directly that they liked me and wanted me to return.
