Pros

Most students are engaged in their learning but also in too many extracurricular activities.

Cons

Academic Affairs leadership is incompetent and arrogant about being so. Non-tenured faculty are treated like second class citizens in a caste system. Human Resources is complicit in the mistreatment and inequitable treatment of long service employees.

Great department to work in.

Cons

The system operates in Silos, Even though it is a business school it doesn't understand what a good organizational culture is or how to effectively promote a positive working climate.
