      You will definitely learn quickly. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Projects are so boring, everyone is always acting like the world is about to end. There is no room for advancement, no training, no clear guidelines for anything - everyone is just winging it and if you are not buddies with the top guys you are not going anywhere. Be prepared to do things outside your job description, and long hours.

      My overall experience with Brycon is positive. Leadership is always available to talk with, and senior leaders are always willing to share their knowledge. I have learned a lot working for this company and even have opportunities to expand my professional knowledge through certifications and classes.

      Cons

      bonuses are tied to overall company performance and how much work we accomplish within the year, so it can have its good and bad years.
