Pros

-Great pay -Plenty of growth opportunities -Friendly regional & corporate leadership -Great benefits and PTO/Sick time -Beautiful properties

Cons

None! All property management companies struggle with the challenges and stress of the industry, but that's just the industry. This company is comprised of strong, highly experienced leaders who bring an incredible amount of knowledge. It's clear that Bryten is committed to growth, and they're always open to feedback from their employees on how they can improve. I'm impressed with the spark and look forward to the future of Bryten.

Pros

- Corporate is very active & responsive - A lot of freedoms afforded to property staff - Higher management is full of good, ethical people who go out of their way to do right by staff & residents. The principals (top executives) are very respectable and relatable. You're likely to actually speak face-to-face with at least one over the course of employment. - If you're at the right property, you'll meet a lot of interesting people. - Ethical standards of practice compared to other PM companies. More resident-focused, with emphasis on transparency so long as it doesn't compromise liability. - Great benefits package + rent discounts

Cons

- QoL depends heavily on which property/owner you work for - Raises are only once per year, and not very high within a single position. Unless you're promoted, max annual raise is ~50 cents/hr. - A lot of bureaucracy. Takes going through a few levels to get certain things done. - Requires a lot of energy
