Pros
Can be a tight community when employees stay long enough to get to know each other. Interesting projects, small groups work well together when a strong PM is present which are somewhat rare. Some great people working there, but there is a flood of people leaving so they may not be there for long.
Cons
The wall between upper management and the rest of the company is ridiculous. Employees are really just numbers on a spread sheet and considered expendable. It's all about billing. You don't bill you aren't considered valuable. The execs are cheap and refuse to treat their employees like they are valued. Raises are absurd (1%-2% if you're lucky) Technologically they are behind the curve now and when I was last there they were trying to play catch up in markets that they can't get a foot hold into.
