Pros
Good pay and benefits, easy tasks and only difficult due to customer demand. Managers can be fun to talk to, co-workers make work enjoyable, HR is somewhat quick to respond and there is great opportunity for climbing up the ladder in the company. Throughout my time I have been able to make my own group of good friends almost like a community of people striving to make work easier for each other even during rush hours or holidays.
Cons
-No room for late clock in's - overall very inforced or strict policies - occasional rude/negative workers or customers - long restroom lines when busy - 20 minute "moment" as a break - needs more positive energy
