They boast about having over 200 cameras in the store, but they seem to prioritize surveillance and AI over ensuring that employees have a designated break room to rest. The break "area," if you even want to call it that, is two small tables surrounded by a couple of red stools, which are located right in the kitchen! So you can't even leave the area you work in to take your break! You get a whole whopping 20-minute break for the entirety of your shift, whether you work 6 hours or 12 hours, with no lunch break, and they expect you to rest while eating your lunch. Also, not allowed to have a watch on "even with a bicep band!" when you work in food, but every other department can, yet you're supposed to keep track of time... while also not being on your phone, while every other manager and team lead walks around with two phones in their pocket.
