Racial and gender bias in hiring and treatment of employees, excessive micromanagement, and lack of proper communication and poor training. If management doesn’t like you, they will target you, put you under a microscope, and single you out just to find any random thing wrong with your performance. HR is corrupt too and can’t be trusted and will even side with management if you are in trouble.
