Nothing other than the pay and three weeks paid time off you earn over the year.
Cons
Management shows obvious favoritism to certain employees who kiss their butts. So if you don't kiss their butts, don't expect them to actually talk to you. Management gets away with everything and anything. If you file a complaint against a team lead or manager, expect management to put a target on your back and harrass you until you quit so they don't have to pay unemployment for firing you for no reason. Store managers sexually harrass employees and/or made sexual remarks to employees and it was very uncomfortable. Employees aren't allowed to have their cell phones yet management can sit on there phones all day and ignore employees. Managers gossip to employees like crazy.
