Pros
The pay is good compared to most places if you have no work history. Great if you're in school like myself or as a first job.
Cons
Jesus where do i start, if you like being scared with your job over the looming three write ups and you're fired (which it has to be three of the same thing) and enjoy saying yes to absolutely all meaningless task on top of your assigned duties and then receive a verbal lecture on how you did your job wrong yet if you're lazy and just want to do the bare minimum and go unnoticed then this place is perfect. I worked maintenance which entailed cleaning and fixing things around the grounds and inside the store, however the assigned assistant manager kept anything resembling a tool locked up from us which hindered our job 50% of the time and most work orders took months to see any resolve. The management is very two faced and if you approach them with any issues they immediately inform all other managers and the employees regardless over how sensitive it may be. The management is hired from outside the company which results in a miscommunication of management styles throughout a shift which is sad, no professionalism, no decisiveness, lack of integrity. I'm a protected Veteran and i do suffer from a disability from my service that management was informed yet i was told i have a minimum wage walk...i have a lower body disability. i was written up for a family emergency which i called in to inform the management, it was related to a death in my family and after all was said and done they told me next time to talk to our GM. A lot of workplace romances, more so everyone hooking up with each other including management, nepotism as all get out. If you're looking for a job to grow and move up this isn't the place. I was treated with more dignity and more of human being then just a person while in service , never thought i'd say that in my life.
