Pros
+ They pay well for a no experience necessary job. + double pay on holidays + free mug refills while on duty + Frequently had overtime from covering shifts where employees just quit on the company.
Cons
- Management is hit or miss. I had one manager that micro-managed everything I did even though I had been there 5+ years. The manager that hired me was great and very flexible though. - no employee discount - no break room or access to fridge if you want to bring your own lunch - Cell phone policy is absurd. If you're seen even off the clock, in uniform next to your car with a cell phone, you can be immediately terminated. With 8 hour shifts, prepared to be fully away from your phone while at work. Makes it very difficult to contact friends/family in emergencies since even landline access is restricted. - Very busy environment and restrooms have to be cleaned every 30 minutes. - Health insurance plan was a joke and not worth it. - Loyalty is not rewarded, I worked there for 5+ years and had to watch high school students who were hired only a few months ago being promoted to supervisor positions.
