Pros
- The pay was great, you get paid every Friday - My co-workers were amazing people, And that's pretty much it
Cons
Luckily I started working before the store had opened because the people that hired me worked with my school schedule. If you try to apply now YOU HAVE TO WORK FULL TIME. Even if you are a student. If you can't work full time, then you simply won't get hired. People were quitting and getting fired left and right within the first month , so I was forced to work full time hours as the year went on. Management for the most part is very hit and miss. For every good manger, there was at least two of them that should have never held the position (which is one of the reasons why I almost quit my second day working there) Some of them can be true bully's for the sake of it. There is a little BS 10 minute break that you HAVE TO STAND UP DURING , and management watches you to make sure you don't go over that ten minutes. If you are a college student, you can kiss your life goodbye, trust me I worked there for six months and this job is definitely not worth not having a life. And the strict rules were so ridiculous that a prison inmate would be flabbergasted. People getting written up for being a minute late, no benefits at all, having to park at the very end of the parking lot, having to stand up your whole shift, and don't even get me started on them making us scrape the warehouse concrete and cleaning grout on our hands and knees (you know the cracks in between the tiles). LOOK just don't work here, go somewhere else, TRUST ME, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
