Pay, even then for what you deal with its not THAT great.

1 minute and you're late! No talking to your co-workers! 20 minute break, it starts when you leave the register so good luck getting through the huge crowds of people to make it to the "breakroom" which is just the warehouse where there's only 4 seats. Got PTO? good luck using it, we'll just get mad at you for using it as its given. Got nothing to do at the register? Sit there and stare at the ground and think about your life choices. Gotta run to the restroom? We understand, we'll only sit there on the cameras, watch you, and time you. Dont expect to have any life outside of work either as you'll probably get 8-9 days in a row with no days off. Hard favoritism from management too, things that wont fly with you will with someone else.
