Pros
There are almost no pros besides the fact I enjoyed working with some of my team.
Cons
This place is like working in a dictatorship. Management will tell you to do someone else’s job and when you question why that individual or team can’t do it they will say “I told you to do it so that makes it your job now.” Sorry, that’s not how that works. They will tell you to give them an 8 hour window of availability then will demand you be available for an extra 4 hours before and after and will schedule you how they want regardless. Phone usage is a no go and the first time is a termination. No real break unless state laws require it. You get paid to take management BS, but your worth and mental health is beyond that pay, I promise it isn’t worth it. As you move up, when you tell someone to do something any manager can tell them to do something else immediately, making anything you said moot. Unless you live in Texas the benefits are useless aside from 401k. You will not be told important information if you are off the day the information is transmitted to the rest of the team, but you will be the one at fault for that. You cannot ask to adjust days off if the schedule is released because they do not care about your personal life outside of work. Honestly, avoid the place completely, there are other options for employment and this place will never take care of you. I was there for 3 years and that was 3 years too much.
