Pros
Pay was good for an entry-level job. You’re paid double time on major holidays.
Cons
I didn’t believe all the horrible reviews until I worked there. The management treats all employees underneath them like a garbage. The place is like a concentration camp. You’re allowed to 20 minute break per shift. The break is timed from the moment you walk away from your work area to the time you get back to your work area. You have to ask to go to the bathroom. Yes, you read that right you have to ask her for permission to go to the bathroom. Did I mention the managers treat you like garbage? It took a long time for any of the employees to warm up to me or the managers. Most employees swear that they’re hated by all the management. That’s how bad they treat everyone. There is no grace for being late, one minute late is late. You may tell yourself oh and the person who’s always on time, but they have busloads of people going through there during whatever sports season it happens to be at the time. I got there over an hour early during the Texas A&M versus Oklahoma university game. I barely was able to park my car and get clocked in minutes before my shift started. That is how busy they get. It took me that long to find a parking spot that day. On another occasion, I literally got sick and puked at the register. I got in trouble for getting sick and it counted against me As one of my sick days because they insisted I go home. Employees are allowed three sick days within one year. Even the team leads don’t get grace If they are sick or late.
