Pros

Being a family owned company, the atmosphere of the employees were generally warm and friendly. A retentive my international working environment outside of Zurich, Basel, or Lausanne.

Cons

The company lacks processes and structures. At hiring, I was told that I can work with English. After a few month I was moved to another authoritarian manager due to restructure. On the day 1, she demands that I needed to speak German. Her harassments were unbelievable and some people reported it to HR. But nothing happened and that affected the mental health of most of the team members.

Collaborative environment where effective change can be made and each individual has a strong impact. Great benefits and amazing culture. Exposure to multiple brands and a great place to grow and learn

Cons

Small teams but in a way, this is an asset because you can see the effect of your work on a large scale and really create impact.
