Pros
Reasonable starting pay (if you have no experience), and the job is often easy (depending on the location).
Cons
Horrible supervisors. They used to buy basic things like water for the office, new tools, and simple necessities but now they don't provide absolutely anything. Some supervisors are professional and friendly but the majority are rude, unprofessional, and got their position because of who they know. Questions and requests often go weeks or months without a response and the supervisors neglect tenant's needs. On top of that, they don't seem to care about the status of their properties. A few years ago, they would often stop by or call to see how everything was going or at least see if we needed anything but now we don't hear from them more than a few times a year. This company is constantly losing employees left and right due to how it operates at the top and most people become pretty unhappy early on unless you're friends with a supervisor. There are a lot of fantastic people working for this company but unfortunately it feels to me that those who run it can't be bothered to care about anything other than profit.
