Pros

1. Living on-site rent free. 2. Not having to commute to work. Though this is typical of this position and doesn’t make Fuckingham anything special.

Cons

1. Inadequate training and expectations. 2. Classic cases of District Supervisors saying they’ll do something over and over and never follow through. 4. Supervisors are spread too thin to efficiently assist with issues thoroughly. 5. Use of personal cell phones prohibited though they are a highly valuable tool in this type of position. 6. Yardi property software system feels antiquated. 7. Only 5 days of vacation time per year. 8. Extremely slow to make any moves on maintenance issues.

401k matching, learning opportunities, sometimes you get onsite housing.

Cons

Nepotism. You only move up if you are friends with the Director. Lack of training. Constant switching of portfolios. Lack of stability.
