Pros
The most diverse/interesting crew of people I've ever worked with - and remained friends with most after leaving. Great discount and perks for employees (No PTO, sick leave, or schedule flexibility though). Virtually no dress code.
Cons
Was told multiple times to go on "assignment" to the mall, off the clock, unpaid - and we were supposed to "report" back (Refused and pointed out the illegality of this). Was verbally harassed and physically threatened a few times by customers and was not backed up by my managers. Lots of nepotism at this store specifically- made up promotions with huge pay raises for the inner circle. Unfair pay rates all around. Will be socially exhausting for most- managers push buyers to constantly chat/talk with sellers regardless of context which often leads to bouts of uncomfortable/unwanted small talk on your part. Working with such an interesting crew of people comes with huge egos that often caused unnecessary drama at work.
