Pros
I have only worked at Buffalo Rock for a year now. Management has always been there for me when I needed them. I have a good amount of paid time off, even though I don’t know how much. The benefits are amazing and cheaper than most jobs I’ve been at. Work/Life balance is good for me, but bad for some of the guys on different routes. The refer-a-friend checks are amazing when your friend hits their 90-day mark with the company!
Cons
The equipment and pay could be a lot better. There is only 3 minutes allowed between being on time and being late. As I said, it’s a great start though.
