Small family of employees, benefits are excellent and affordable, Management cares for your feedback, and you can affect the positive change you want to see in the company.

Cons

Difficult to move up in such a small environment and promotions are not always considered equaly.

I really really enjoyed working for Buffalo. Great team. Great managers. But the pay is horrible. I've heard things have slightly changed since my tenure. If you are a person that is interested in learning about NAS, Active Directory, FTP, SSL, Cloud-based storage and more, this is the job for you. It's a great beginning to the world of Network Administration and Tier 2,3... Technical Support

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. The salary rate is what's keeping IT personnel from staying there for a while but I'm sure they'll increase it if they haven't. I cannot comment on benefits due to being hired thru a recruiting agency.
