Pros
There are truly some good people there who are in the trenches with you all united by how much we regretted taking the job and are all aggressively seeking new employment elsewhere.
Cons
The have record revenues but have yearly layoffs, especially POC in favor of white men and woman. If you are looking for a diverse and rich work culture LOOK ELSEWHERE. Comments from co-workers can be flat out racist. Very much a "mean girl" atmosphere. If you don't look like them they make sure you know it. They only hire from the outside for leadership roles. Working until 7 or 8pm every night for management is expected as well as being "on call" over the weekends. This was one of the most hostile places I have ever worked. AVOID!
