The discount is good and it is rewarding to make a difference in people’s day, and depending on the store, you will likely find nice coworkers.
Cons
Upselling expectations are insane. You can do everything right, and it still won’t be enough. Minimum wage and long hours. Short term part time job for students is great, but otherwise - Run. Don’t work here. The pressure is so insane.
