Pros
Great advancement opportunity for just starting out workers, was able to move up very quickly.
Cons
Noone does anything, everyone is lazy and the people that do work don't get credit. Pay is LOW and raises are UNFAIR. A fellow employee got 25 cents more than I did when she moved up to my position, and she'd been there less time! I was laid off after maternity leave because they didn't wanna pay me the bs 9.50 they pay me, so instead they took away my benefits and told me I could come back as a "bear builder" instead of management.
