      - Get to make special memories for kids - Making bears is pretty fun

      Cons

      -Area Manager had massive expectations and no work life balance. Would regularly pop in to the store and start fixing things after she'd been to the gym or was driving through. - The store manager was incompetent and left me to pick up all the slack
